1.2 Uploaded Content
When using Headshotly you may upload images (for example portrait or selfie photos). These images are used only to generate your AI-based headshot. The original uploaded photo is not retained after processing — it is not stored and is never used to train AI models.
1.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
Stripe may collect:

We may collect basic technical information such as:
- Browser type
- Device information
- Pages visited
- Basic usage logs
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide the Headshotly service
- Generate AI headshots and portrait images
- Process payments and credit purchases

3. Storage of Images
Your originally uploaded photo is processed only in memory to generate your headshot. It is not stored afterward and is never used to train AI models.
The generated result is stored securely and associated only with your account, in order to:
- Provide the Gallery feature
- Allow users to access and download previous generations
With explicit user consent (for example when redeeming a promotional campaign), both the uploaded photo and the generated result may be stored and used for marketing purposes such as showcasing before/after results on the website, advertisements, or social media. No personally identifiable information is included unless explicitly provided by the user.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate Headshotly.
These include:
- Stripe – payment processing
- Supabase – database and storage services
- AI model providers – image generation processing
These third-party providers process data only as necessary to deliver their respective services, such as payment processing, storage, hosting, and AI image generation.
These services may process data necessary to provide the functionality of the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and operate the platform.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.
Users located in the European Union may also request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
